OUR POINT OF VIEW
Not just beautiful.

DZYN Fusion Studio brings clarity to thousands of interconnected decisions, creating quiet, cohesive interiors with purpose in every detail.
FEATURED PROJECT · THE OVERLOOK
A home shaped by the view.
A design shaped by daily life.
Our Utah Valley Parade of Homes project brings interior design and construction together. Explore the spaces, then look at the decisions connecting them.
Start with the experience
Mountain and valley views set the scene. Inside, the design considers how gathering spaces, private rooms and outdoor living relate to one another, so the home feels connected throughout the day.
Consider materials together
Cabinetry, flooring, stone, lighting and hardware share the same spaces. Reviewing samples together helps reveal differences in tone, texture and scale before individual selections become fixed.
Coordinate the details early
Large openings, cabinetry layouts and lighting positions affect construction as well as appearance. Hillary and Carson bring these decisions into a shared conversation with the project team.

LED BY HILLARY CALL
Design with quiet confidence.
Hillary Call is the co-founder and design principal of DZYN Fusion Studio, where she leads the interior vision for deeply personal custom homes throughout Utah.
Before joining DZYN Builds full time, Hillary spent 18 years in the technology industry. Today, she brings that professional experience to a design process built around listening, clear decisions and coordination with the construction team.
From interior architecture and custom cabinetry to lighting, materials and furnishings, Hillary considers the home as one complete composition. She designs around the people who will live there—how they gather, recharge and move through each day—so beauty and function feel inseparable.
Salt Lake magazine profiled Hillary in its Women in Business series. DZYN Fusion Studio is also credited as interior designer for The Overlook, Home 35 in the 2026 Utah Valley Parade of Homes.

A clearer first conversation.
Planning a new home?
Bring your location, land status, preliminary plans if available, and intended investment range. We can discuss how interior decisions connect to the architecture and construction scope.
Already have a project team?
Tell us who is involved and where the project stands. Include your architect or builder, the decisions already made and the areas where you need design support so we can discuss fit and scope.
Defining your design scope?
Identify whether you need help with layouts, cabinetry, materials, lighting, furnishings or a combination. Save a few reference images and explain what appeals to you in each.
When should interior design begin?
Early enough to influence layouts, cabinetry and lighting before those decisions are fixed. Your current stage determines the most useful next step.
How are scope and fees established?
Start by discussing your home, priorities, project stage and the services needed. Confirm the agreed deliverables, responsibilities and fees in a written proposal before committing.
How do DFS and DZYN Builds work together?
Hillary leads the interior design conversation. Carson leads construction planning. For an integrated project, the team considers material choices, build requirements and investment priorities together.
